19:30 Just wanted to add that even though your cut Winspace wheels which are the hooked example in this video, doesnt mean all hooked rims got a hump (or two, cause each side), so technically this way of failure can still happen with hooked rims. Love the content, just adding info so people don't forget about differentiating and looking into stuff themselves!

Please tell me this video is a joke and a "how not to" video? This is possibly the worst video I have ever seen on youtube when it comes to bike maintenance. What's worse is that there are actually people in the comments section that think this is ok. Literally the whole process was wrong from start to finish. As a real bike mechanic with over 40 years worth of shop work this video had me crying with laughter.

Had my Zipp 303s with my Gravel bike for over 6months, no issues so far. Just changed tires over to Cinturato Gravel M 40mm. Others say a great tire for Zip 303s. Will let you know how the wheel and tires get on after my JOG ride.

Jordan Coleman, I had a great experience with this bike besides the horrible time I had while riding it and trying to maintain it. We bought my wife's Caledonia from one of her friends. This lady and her husband own Parry Sound Bikes in Ontario, Canada. They sell Open, Cervelo, Opus, and other such sh*t. He actually worked at Cervelo corporate before opening their shop. When we went to pick it up, I noticed scratches on the seatpost. Through continual glaring from my wife, I had the following conversation with the husband: "Why is the seatpost all scratched up?" I asked. "Cervelo seatposts always fit tight out of the box." He said. "Did you force that seatpost into the seat tube?" "Yeah, we have to do that." He replied. Turns out the seat tube is all carbon, there's no bonded aluminum insert. Cervelo can't make a BB to spec or a seat tube either. The top of the seat tube was a little scored so, I cleaned it up with a bit of sanding. Now the seatpost fits well. Also, Cervelo "doesn't send all the hardware for cable groupsets". The bike was missing a grommet covering the exit of the front derailleur cable behind the BB. Just a naked cable coming out of a 1cm diameter hole, totally unsupported, in a carbon frame. I balked at that and said I needed the grommet. He obliged, and while ordering it, I had a look at a few other Cervelos in the showroom. It was the same story, naked cable, big hole, no hardware. Cervelo is supposed to be a premium brand? Bullsh*t! They're garbage from manufacturing to delivery.

For true aluminium frame welding goodness, check out Principia t28 and frames from around the turn of the century. I've not seen better welds since.

I bought 2 igps630 a couple of years ago and the buttons have all disintegrated. This was the older model to this one. Ours came with a silicone protector cover so the buttons haven’t been exposed to harsh sunlight. They do not provide a replacement case as a spare part. We could no longer ride in the rain with these. Not sure how long a garmin lasts but if you got 6 years out of one they’re probably better value over the long term.

Great video, I have these but non-ceramic. My first clipless pedals were the Delta (forget the mode) from circa 1990. They were the tri-color pedals. Anywho, best damn pedal I ever owned. Used them for 20 years but the top plate finally began to wear making the fit a little sloppy. I use Keo now and like them. I've changed the blade to a stronger one (12 Nm) from the factory installed 8. The number indicates the torque required to unclip. I prefer stronger & heavier than weaker & lighter.
